The second step is to get to know how your business ticks.
It is important to understand your customers, what you offer, and what systems/ processes you currently have in place.
We'll ask you all sorts of questions about the kind of tasks that consume your time, the ones you would prefer not to do, and those you do not have the skill or time for. This allows us to build a proposal tailored to what works best for your business.
Getting your own dedicated Mrs Tradie
Once you decide to get started we'll assign you with a dedicated key account person. We'll outline the tasks to be completed on a monthly basis.
This will give us both a full understanding of the expectations. We'll agree on a monthly plan that best suits your business, and then provide you our Terms of Service for signing.
There is some upfront stuff to get tidied away to ensure we get things off to the best start.
This will require some dedicated time and energy to set your office lady going. Together you will complete a comprehensive handover, which may require you to set up a few things to ensure we have the right access, systems, and processes in place to get things done. We'll help you every step of the way.
Your Office Lady will track their time to report back against the use of the contracted hours.
They will communicate with you throughout the month about the tasks and hours used. Invoices are billed in advance, issued on the 20th of the month prior, due on the 30th of that month.
Getting ahead
It's pretty awesome raising the bar and achieving that feeling of getting ahead. Once the upfront handover is completed, the hard work is over and you'll start to see the productivity benefits. Communication will then be the key to continued success.
